Casement Mission Statement

Mission Statement of the Casement Project:

The Casement Project seeks to advance and promote the ideas and objectives of Roger Casement with regard to indigenous peoples throughout the world. Casement was, above all, a humanitarian whose work brought exploitation and inhumanity in the Putumayo and the Congo to world attention. The articles in this section will honour this legacy by focusing on similar issues in the contemporary world.
